Made from vegetable tanned, full grain Italian leather. Known as "oiled vachetta," this is a distinctly Tuscan variety of leather impregnated with oils and waxes to create a soft, smooth finish. Historically a means of weatherproofing, today this process has been refined to create hides that are supple and buttery while still maintaining a level of rigidity. It's been paired with a solid brass center bar buckle and secured with a traditional saddle stitch. Fully dyed and finished edges.
