Refund policy

All of our items unless otherwise stated are made to order to your specifications. As such, we can only accept refunds or exchanges in cases where the merchandise is defective, or where the wrong item or size was sent out. Please refer to our measurement guide here prior to ordering to ensure you order the correct size.
