Shipping policy

Canada & The United States

We offer a flat rate fee of $10 (CAD) for all shipments to the United States and within Canada. Packages are typically shipped with Canada Post or UPS. All shipments are tracked. Shipping times after orders are fulfilled are approximately 1-5 days for Canadian shipments and 7-10 days for shipments destined for the US. 

International

We offer a flat rate fee of $20 (CAD) for all international shipments (outside of the United States and Canada). Packages are typically shipped with regular air mail. All shipments are tracked. Shipping times can vary greatly by location. Please allow 9-12 days after shipping confirmation for shipments destined for Europe and 11-17 days for shipments to Asia and Australia. 

 

Import Duties & Taxes

All products are made in and shipped from Ontario, Canada. Customers outside of Canada may be responsible for paying import duties and/or taxes on receipt of their shipment. These duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please check with your local customs office for applicable rules and regulations.
